What is SkinPen Precision?

​SkinPen precision is the ONLY FDA approved microneedling device on the market.

It is a market leading medical grade skin remodelling device, which is suitable for use on all skin types.

How does it work?

SkinPen creates thousands of temporary microscopic channels in the skin every second. This process stimulates the body’s natural wound healing response, increasing collagen and elastin production and overall skin rejuvenation (skin remodelling).

Is it sore?

Microneedling is relatively pain free, however it can be uncomfortable in some areas. Numbing cream can be applied prior to the procedure if you wish.

Is it safe?
Yes. ​​​The procedure itself is minimally-invasive with very little downtime. 

The sterile, single-use SkinPen needle cartridge has a lock-out mechanism that prevents reuse and risk of cross-contamination.

Prior to each treatment, the device is fully sealed with a single use sheath, to prevent any blood, fluid or serum present during the procedure from penetrating into or onto the pen.

When will I see results?

After your first session, your skin will look immediately look more plump, refreshed, and luminous.

However, the most dramatic results will not be visible until four to six weeks after treatment, so be patient.

How many treatments will I need?

As with all skin treatments, your desired results will depend on your skin concern, which will determine the number of sessions you will need. 

Common protocols consist of 3-6 treatments around 1 month apart, however amazing results can be seen after just 1 treatment.
