Woman Having Lip Botox

ADVANCED TOXIN TREATMENTS

Lip Flip/Around Mouth

Repetitive actions of the muscle around the mouth contracting draw the lips inward and can create vertical creases or 'smoker's lines' in the skin.

Relaxing this muscle with Botox softens the appearance of these lines and can subtly flip out the upper lip so more of it is visible.

Gummy Smile

A short or overactive upper lip muscle may reveal more of your gums than you’d like when you smile.

This is a commonly treated issue and is a matter of personal aesthetics.

If you wish to reduce the appearance of this, treating the upper lip with toxin relaxes the muscle resulting in it sitting a bit lower and reducing the gummy effect.

Brow lift

Over time the brows can drop resulting in you looking tired and older than you feel. Precise placement of toxin can be used to subtly lift your brows and open up the eye area leaving you looking refreshed.

Under eyes

Injections under the lower eyelids can relax the muscles, opening up the eyes and reducing the appearance of creases that give you a tired look.

Bunny Lines

Bunny Lines are the diagonal lines that are on the side of the nose when you scrunch it, smile or laugh. Relaxing these lines reduces creases that can spread out to the lower eye lids.

Downturned Mouth

Overactive muscles can pull down the mouth corners resulting in a sad appearance. These muscles can be relaxed with Botox achieving a less “grumpy” appearance.

Chin Treatments

An overactive chin muscle can result in a dimpled appearance, or in some cases cause it to appear turned up or 'witch-like'. Treating the chin with Botox, relaxes the chin muscle and reduces dimpling, which can be ageing.

Jaw Slimming/Teeth Grinding

Overdeveloped chewing muscles (masseters) can give the appearance of a square jaw. This can be softened by treating the muscles with toxin, making them slightly weaker and giving a slimmer, more feminised shape to the jawline.

Botox in this area can often provide relief from habits such a jaw clenching or teeth grinding (bruxism) and associated symptoms.

Neck

As we age, vertical lines may appear just below the chin, called platysmal bands. These lines in the neck can be flattened to restore a more youthful appearance to your neck and give a natural looking lifting effect.
